New Cheerleader Clinic

Come join the RFH AYC Bulldogs Cheer at our CHEER FUNDAMENTALS Spring clinic. Clinic is open to all registered and prospective (2026) cheerleaders and the girls will have a chance to meet some teammates and senior cheerleaders, and meet some of our awesome coaches while reviewing the basics of cheer motions, choreography, stunting, and learning some conditioning and flexibility drills to practice at home to prepare for the season!! We may even have guest appearances by a few of our high school cheerleaders! We will also do some cheers to familiarize everyone before the season starts! 

Who: This is a beginner level class intended for any brand new cheerleaders or ALL younger cheerleaders who have limited cheer experience and want to get a jump start on the season! 

Dates: APRIL 20

Bnai Israel/The Gan 171 Ridge Road 

Time: 5:30-6:30 and 6:30-7:30

Requirements: ages 6-14 (before July 1)

Fees: FREE!

Signup deadline: Registration is required by April 27 so we can plan accordingly based on age and skill level and to give us sufficient time to clear your cheerleader with the relevant paperwork.  

ALL NEW CHEERLEADERS: must bring EMERGENCY MEDICAL TREATMENT FORM linked in confirmation email  (Instructions in confirmation email) and sign liability waiver at first session
