Mandatory parent meeting March 11! EMAIL FOR MORE INFO rfhbulldogscheer@gmail.com

Registration for cheer opens March 16!

Our cheer clinics and camps are designed to help athletes of all levels grow, challenge themselves, and reach their full potential. Through focused instruction, cheerleaders will strengthen foundational skills, learn new techniques and stunts, and refine performance quality in a fun, supportive environment. Clinics and camps also play a key role in maintaining peak conditioning, building strength, flexibility, and endurance to support safe progression throughout the season. Whether athletes are looking to master new skills, improve confidence, or stay competition-ready, our camps and clinics provide the training, motivation, and teamwork needed to perform at their best.

Check back regularly to see our offerings and check your email/texts for updates.

Winter Training (existing cheerleaders) Mondays 1/26-3/9 6 week session

Who: Returning AYC cheerleaders (ALL AGES) + New cheerleaders (ages 9 up)

What: These CASTLE CHEER clinics consist of a series of six skill-specific training sessions designed to condition and prepare cheerleaders for the upcoming season.

Athletes will work on:

- General choreography skills

- Proper technique

- Stunting

- Cheer fundamentals

- Tumbling skills

The focus will be on building skills for upcoming choreography while reviewing Level 1 competition fundamentals and introducing level 2 skills, ensuring cheerleaders are ready to hit the ground running when the season begins.

Clinics will be led by Erin Castle and her staff, our competition choreographers and are not part of AYC cheer program practices.

Additional Information: These clinics are not required but are strongly recommended for all competition cheerleaders and prospective competition cheerleaders. Participation will help us evaluate and build skills, as well as prepare for routine creation later this summer.

Most of our competitors practice 1–2 times per week year-round, and these clinics are essential for staying competitive within our division. They also provide valuable conditioning, team building, and bonding opportunities for the athletes.
